Working it out together

I am an integrative psychotherapist which means that I draw on many different theories and ideas within my work including person-centred, humanistic, existential, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural concepts.

I believe that you are the expert on you. However, there can be times in our lives when we feel confused, lost and alone. A trusting, safe, regular non-judgemental space can ease these feelings. I will encourage you to bring whatever is troubling you to our sessions and by taking it at your pace we can work out together what is the best way forward for you.
